When the Covid-19 vaccines were announced at the end of 2020, there was a glimmer of hope. We were tired, destitute, naked before the drama of the pandemic and this single light on the horizon offered us the courage to fight the darkness that had entwined us. We thought this vaccine would be the answer to all our ills. We had seen loved ones leave and this light at the end of the tunnel offered us hope of surviving this pandemic.
